What does a typical event look like?

Our Game Masters arrive on-site, set up the play area, introduce the games, guide the experience, and support participants throughout the session. We adjust the game selection, facilitation style, and pace to match the group’s age range, comfort level, and objectives.

How long are your events?

Most sessions run between 1.5 and 4 hours, depending on the size of your group and the complexity of the activities. We also offer full-day events, themed sessions, and ongoing program packages for corporate, military, therapeutic, and educational groups.

Do you provide everything needed for the event?

Yes. We bring all games, materials, teaching aids, table covers, and facilitation equipment. All you need to provide is an appropriate space with tables, seating, and general accessibility.

Yes. Inclusion is a core part of our approach. We adapt pacing, facilitation, game selection, and equipment to support mobility needs, sensory considerations, learning differences, and other accessibility requirements. Just let us know in advance so we can prepare.

Your plan includes recommended games, staffing requirements, session goals, timing, setup details, and clear pricing. It can also include optional elements such as themed experiences, leadership challenges, therapeutic-style facilitation, or strategic scenario play.

How much do events cost?

Pricing varies based on your group size, event duration, staffing needs, and the level of customization or specialty programming. After you submit your event request, we’ll provide a detailed quote using our transparent, tiered pricing system.

Do you offer reporting or measurable insights after the event?

Yes. Corporate, military, and therapeutic clients may request an optional post-event report. These summaries can include observations on teamwork, communication, leadership tendencies, problem-solving, or group interaction depending on your goals.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking 2–6 weeks ahead, especially for larger or specialized events. That said, we do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings whenever possible.
