When you're ready to proceed, simply approve the plan and secure the date with a 35% deposit. From there, we handle everything. We prepare materials, coordinate staffing, fine-tune the game lineup, and manage all behind-the-scenes details so you can look forward to your event without the stress.
On event day, our Game Masters arrive on-site with all necessary equipment. They handle setup, create an inviting play area, teach the rules, guide the action, and keep your group engaged and supported throughout the experience. Their job is to ensure every participant feels confident, included, and fully immersed in the fun.
After the event, we send a short follow-up and invite your feedback. If you’ve selected one of our reporting add-ons, we provide a detailed post-event summary with insights into communication, teamwork, leadership, or group interaction — based on your goals. These optional reports are especially valuable for corporate teams, cadet units, and therapeutic programs seeking measurable results.
